Any pics of the new V8 supercar pits?

This race is the first of many new F1 innovations, the one I look forward to the most is HD coverage :) . Will the trackside cameras be the same HD cameras that were used for the onboards last year?

Tough to predict a winner so far out but it should be Red Bull vs. Ferrari.

The tyre problems that the drivers have been having may not be as bigger deal as they say. KERS to be the thing that produces the overtakes. AWR won't really play much of a part.

They should connect Prost and Brabham directly...

no, T16 is nice. :(
Overtaking is already possible in Melbourne, so no need for such thing.

You can be sure that the quality of the trackside cameras will be way better compared to the onboards...

Worst first post ever.

:p

Looking forward to this race so much. Melbourne is usually one of the top 5 races of the year and with so many unpredictable factors, anyone could win.

Race is gonna be interesting and a clusterfuck if the tyres are falling apart within 15 laps. Throw in usually Melbourne n00bishness from even the most experienced of drivers and this should be good.

Come on Kamui.

I can sense the win.

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

Yeah, I'm actually expecting a very chaotic season opener this year.

I might bet on a race for the first time ever. If the odds on Button, Kobayashi or the STR guys are good I'm tempted. I nearly persuaded my Dad to put a tenner on Button last year at 18/1. I didn't and regretted it :p

I just hope the daylight savings doesn't confuse me like last year, and i end missing the first half of the race. :p

I have a strange feeling that betting won't be valuable this year. :(
Bad odds for alonso or Vettel for World Champ and no dark horses like Kubica to put something in!

Yeh betting on F1 is usually a waste of time, plus the best odds are for winners you never see coming like Vettel at Monza 2008. Doubt anything will beat the 50/1+ odds you could still get on Button/Rubens after Brawn's first day of 2009 testing 8) :(
