The thing that's awesome about Glock is that he never ever gives up when being overtaken. He concedes the spot initially but only so he can get into position to do an up and under and get the spot back. He was definitely going to give Hamilton a go at Della Roggia had he not been run off the track.

codename: any chance of an example of Schumacher driving someone off the road at speed? I honestly can't recall any. There's no disputing he parked his car in the side of an opponent on more than one occasion, but on low speed corners, and not with the intention of passing either. If memory serves, his passing moves were generally very clean. In this instance, had Timo lost the car on the white line or the grass after Lewis had pushed him off, it would have been a massive shunt.

Glad to see the drivers generally coming out and declaring their displeasure at it, though I'd like to see more from Webber, given he was clearly faster at that stage of the race, and the impact seemed to put an end to his challenge for some reason.

Regarding Webber being overrated - he most certainly is, at least by our press. He is a solid top 6-10 driver without a doubt, but given the way our media has always touted him as a future world champion, you'd think he'd have won a race by now. Think Alesi, minus the red blooded insanity.

When you consider how few and far between we see aussies doing well at the top tier of world motorsports, it is no surprise the local media give him more praise than he deserves. At least we are not as bad as the British media.

Sad thing is, we have NO-ONE up and coming through the ranks at all, quite depressing really.

Well I was really, though we have always had success in bikes so it never gets hyped up as much as an aussie winning in F1 for example.

Well, the wheels are open.

BTW: Ryan Briscoe and Will Power won open wheel races this year.

Yeah but no-one gives a shit about Indy here. When Briscoe won this year it was hardly mentioned.

3 people voted for Fisichella, Kubica and Hamilton both had a good race so also a few votes for them.

I should have voted Räikkönen just to show that he's my favourite driver and I'm there for him even on the tough times.

No seriously. I thought that we would have get rid of ridicilously biassed fanboys with the new forum. Oh well, every circus needs to have few clowns.

1998. He didn't see him, they had a press conference together with some other drivers including Prost and all agreed that he couldn't have seen him in the mirrors
Also, I think that Hamilton will drive recklessly as long as he didn't experience a significant accident.

Thing that annoys me is.. hamilton was penalised in spa... for something that was debatable.. but it was what 2 hours ? after the race ?

this was an unquestionable penalty situation.. what he did to webber and glock he should have been penalised.

also schumacher - alonso 2003 silvestone as someone else has mentioned.. he pushed him off the road.
