Odd, isn't it? Guess that Rosberg did pretty well in the races where other people had standout performances.

To be honest, Rosberg is a bit of an invisible driver. Reminds me of Giancarlo Fisichella and Olivier Panis: Able to perform well and get good points, but hasn't got the final aggression and determination required to breach his way to the absolute top. That being said, he is not bad, and still young. We'll see.

Interestingly, his father was almost completely opposite, a hard charger and a fighter who never gave up. And in my opinion a better driver, too.

Unlike Fisi though, Rosberg hasn't been given a real top car and until he fails like Fisi, I wouldn't write him off just yet.

Yeah no way would I write Rosberg off, hes done well against all his team mates, although that list is half good and half ordinary, with Webber, Wurz, Nakajima and Schumacher.

Sure, that's true, he hasn't been given a proper chance yet. I just don't see anything beyond good in him, he is a great racing driver but hasn't really got that special "something", if you know what I mean.

But still, he is good, no doubt about that.

Shades of Villeneuve Snr and Jr in a way...
