who knew they would have had so many improvements there. A great compensation for last year's cancellation

Also Monza will have gravel traps installed this summer, Spa already had them 2 years ago, and Hungaroring is going to have them (maybe not before 2025/26).
Paul Ricard and Abu Dhabi, it's your turn :p

I expect them both to have different gravel trap colors so they can stay with their famous colored concrete stripes

Seems to have a bit of an effect but not enough, imo.

I wonder how a Sauber pit stop would play out with such cover

is faster for a driver to change the car like bikers do in MotoGP than change tires

Does anyone know who were driving the cars? Just wondering why the car is with number 14 on it

So what is the deal with Jérôme d'Ambrosio? How do you go from being an incredibly mediocre race car driver to deputy team principal of teams like Mercedes and Ferrari within like 4 years? I always find it amazing how jobs that require years and years of specific training and relevant experience are undertaken by people who have neither of those things.

He was quite OK in GP2 and Formula E, and last in the worst car on the grid where his experienced teammate hardly did better.

Seems like he did a good job at Mercedes as the next big man after Toto Wolff

I always remember D'Ambrosio as the replacement for Grosjean when he wiped off the field at Spa 2012

Alonso will be 49 then, nearly approaching the midway point of his F1 career.

Albon has signed a two-year extension with Williams to keep him at the team until the 2027 season.

I'll never understand the obsession with noise

I work at a racetrack, literally every single person involved in racing is deaf as a post

I like my hearing....

Noise is wasted energy

For the punters, noise is a visceral thrill. That shouldn't be too hard to understand.

Yeah, nothing sexier than a roaring V12 or screaming V10!
