Redundant to police track limits in corner where there's already a penalty for going wide, namely gravel.

Has to be a grid penalty to set a precedent right? A fine/warning is meaningless, may as well not even bother with the rule in that case

Would be funny if Ferrari gets 1-2 but then both gets 3-place penalty. Maybe they won't kill Liuzzi, but only other stewards.

More drivers are complaining that they´re driving slowly and then get overtaken. The maximum time lap certainly messed up the gentlemen agreement :p

One solution: don´t drive slowly before Parabolica
