So for Sainz and Alpine the restart did happen but for everyone else it didn't. Literally making it up as they go along

I wouldn't have had a standing start with 2 laps to go for one. Wouldn't be shocked if F1 announces a rule change on that before the next race.

Makes you wonder why it should affect Sainz, if it didn't affect Alonso.
