Why we have to cross the ocean during European season for one single race, and then again in June, wonders me. |

haha I was planning to make the opening post with the only Ferrari that blends with the local scenery perhaps they could call Don Johnson to drop the checkered or to give a trophy, properly dressed as Sonny Crockett |

LOL, just noticed that they have created a marina bay. Which is basicly some boats on a wooden platform on concrete, with some blue paint in between. Propaganda which makes Russia and China jealous. |

funny that the only way to not make this race a total failure is to promote as a 80's throwback or call Will Smith to show up |

Propaganda which makes Russia and China jealous. "Mom, can we go to the Monaco yacht club?" "We already have a Monaco yacht club at home." Monaco yacht club at home: What's funny is that the original renders made it look like real water. Consider me fooled. |

I'm pretty sure the grid before the race will be packed with rich people high on that sweet nose candy that Crockett and Tubbs tried to erase from Miami |

One wonders if the Imola race was to replace China but F1 was too oblivious to fix the schedule. They go from the Middle East to Melbourne, back to Europe, over the pond, back across the pond, to Baku then back across the pond again. Should have had Miami, Mexico and Canada grouped together mid season with Austin and Brazil at the end. |

Welcome to the USA, where appearance and showing off is more important than reality. No high expectations for this. I'm just gutted that we have another American race, and it's still not any of the legendary old-school tracks. Well, at least it's not a night race, so there remains some variability. And also it's not a desert track, so the chance of rain is more than 0%. And probably race will be better than in Imola, which also will annoy me. |

It's a tired old point but I'll say it again: I don't want F1 at a legendary old school American track as I like them the way they are and not butchered to befit the FIA's grade 1 status |

If WTCR can race at Pau-Arnos -type of track, so can F1. They don't need to have unequal privileges. It's just an insult to all fans that F1 comes to the USA and races only on street circuits or purposefully-built tracks. |

Step 2 - Apply to FIA to run race there as a "street" circuit. Step 3 - Bobs your uncle. If Jeddah which is a concrete jungle with fast turns and no run off can get a race, Road America could. Shame it's not in Florida, California or New York, |
