I wonder what hilarious pundit will be the first to make the "Williams are successfully socially distancing themselves from the rest of the pack" remark... :whistling:

You'd think they could have done something about the pit entry by now. There's grass on the inside of the corner, pave that and separate it from the track with a kerb, like the Singapore pit entry

I'm very surprised they haven't. But as good a time as any to mention, but the final few corners at this track are some of my absolute favorite of any F1 track. I love how aggressive you have to be through there, and how the banking in the final turn means you really slam the car down into the apex. It's spectacular to watch, and I love driving it in sims.

I consider this a 9.3 car performance rating.

Just because I feel like it.

F1 TV being down and Mercedes confirming they kept their advantage from last years kinda takes a lot of my excitement away... I think everyone hyped the start of the F1 season up too much...

Well, I hyped it a lot because I know we were close to not even having this season. And I still don't know if we'll have a proper season.

A bad F1 season is still an F1 season and that's what matters for me now.

Mercedes having a few tenths in hand over Racing Point isn't a big deal at this stage tbh. Red Bull didn't really get a good run together

So why exactly wasn't this banned when it was established 6 months ago that it broke the rules?

Because it doesn't break the rules as written, so they had to rewrite rules for 2021 that made sure to ban it

My understanding is that no team could officially protest until they got to a race and the car was in action. Red Bull are protesting based on a regulation that states "no adjustment may be made to any suspension system while the car is in motion"

Reading between the lines of what Horner said earlier, it seems Red Bull's protest is more to get clarification (i.e. cover their own arses) before they stick their own DAS system on their cars. I could be wrong but I don't think there's any expectation of the protest "succeeding"
