They've got to mandate a minimum speed before someone gets killed, it's clear as fucking day what is going to happen, how many near misses do you need before you do something about it? There was two inside ten seconds then. I mean for fucks sake, even redneck couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery NASCAR has a minimum speed.

They already have a system in place, use it.
