Quite stunning results.

wow, if FIA is testing this (with great results), that means, that this could become mandatory on openwheels in the near future...

... :(

again Grosjean, with no experience in the car, will fail to deliver.
Let him become champ in GP2, much better for his carreer

There are still quite a lot of races left after GP2 season has ended but I agree that he should get F1 drive only after good amount of testing which isn't possible mid-season.

I would love to see Grosjean in F1 again. He's the recipe for the big pile ups I'm looking for :p

Mclaren should be more worried why they haven't got Jenson Button tied down in a new contract yet. Give Lewis a good car next season and he'll stop moaning, although from all I've read Mclaren do have a ridiculous amount of sponsorship days/adverts and crap compared to the rest of the grid.

And Red Bull has 4 drivers to spread it accross (Remember it was Buemi who was doing the promo stuff in an RBR when the moron ran in front of him), McLaren tend to use both Jenson and Lewis for theres. That's a lot of work.

Why they can't use Paffett and de la Rosa?

Guess it is about marketability (sp?)

More or less.

Paffett is completely unknown and PdlR doesn't have much awareness associated to him in this country.

And of course the McLaren and Vodafone brands are far weaker than Red Bull, so while they can get away with using Buemi and Jaime (and Ricciardo), McLaren can't.

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

Nick Heidfeld that outscored Petrov again at the weekend?

I'd like to see Grosjean given another shot at F1 but I'm confident in saying that he will not do any better than Heidfeld.

They should be looking at replacing someone on the engineering team first. It's astonishing how nowhere they are now considering at the beginning of the season they were looking like 4th best team on pace, with a shot at Mclaren and Ferrari.

Give it to Senna. Let Grosjean finish his GP2 campaign.

Robert is answering fan's question. There is also second part but it isn't very interesting. There were many questions about his hand, health and taking part in rally but none of them were answered.

I still doubt that tarmac has advantages over gravel when it comes to crashes that rip the wheels of the cars.

I'd rather have someone roll over 8 times in the gravel trap than smashing the wall with 160mph to be honest.

Yes, rolling sideway is not a bad thing as long as the driver doesnt hit the barriers "head"-on. A normal roll doesnt hurt the drivers.

yes, but the FIA is afraid the car will dig in to the gravel while rolling, which could make the anti rollbar useless

As well as present greater risk of the car or parts of it flying over the fence and injuring a marshall or spectator.

I'm not defending it, but they don't do this stuff completely without reason.

So both have its disadvantages.

how about tarmac with a small layer of gravel on it? Deep enough to make it a problem but shallow enough to prevent the cars from digging in.

If the BBC decides not to cover F1 then Bernie would go to Channel 5.

I am not sure what to expect to be honest!
