He's kinda right. Pirellis need to be softer yeah, but the teams have mastered the tyres now, so there isn't a huge amount they can do. But easy on wear surfaces are never going to help the situation.

I don't get all the 'There was no overtaking in India (Or Korea)' when there was actually quite a bit, May not have been a lot of the very front of the field but there was plenty through the rest of the field.

Yes there was overtaking, but the fact is there wasn't too much of it and on some of the new tracks it just looks a bit shit. Lap 1 was awesome, as was Senna's move around the outside of Rosberg. But when the track is so so wide it just makes it look easy, especially with the camera angles FOM use

Another issue is I think earlier in the season a lot of the action came from the fact that when the front runners pitted, they emerged back on track into the guys in the midfield yet to pit. So, at Valencia say, you had the likes of Alonso, Webber, Grosjean, Hamilton fighting with the likes of Kobayashi, Perez, Senna or whatever. There was more action at the front, but a lot of the time it was the front runners passing the yet to pit midfield. Now with tyres that they understand, they're able to clear the traffic before they pit.

Great stuff from Pic ...

Hamilton looks formidable on the harder tyres, still not sure about McLarens soft pace, and expecting Vettel to stick it on pole in the end ... he and Red Bull usually turn up with something at the last.

Anyone know why is Senna wearing a new helmet design?

It's to do with his sponsor, Gillette.

It looks like a bit a Cecotto helmet.

Senna isn't helping himself that much to stay in the field in 2013.

Even with a shitbox Mercedes next year Lewis could win this race.
