The one that Vettel is using now is not in center of his helmet i think

Yeah, that's what I said. Vettel's one is further right and we kind of lose the view of the left side. I was watching the session in a non HD channel, do you guys think this onboard cam was HD or just upscaled as the other ones?

Liuzzi is running a helmet with a blackboard in it this weekend:

Not sure what may happen if it rains though.

Its an SD camera, Pretty sure its also the same camera unit we saw on the front & in the Mirror of Vettel's car at India/Abu-Dhabi.

Camera is mounted on the Top/Right side of the helmet, Can see it below the P1 graphic here:

Same one Giedo van der Garde ran in the Monza GP2 race although it looks like FOM are now running a narrower angle lens for some reason.

Thanks for that!
Bill Buxton said: "The reason the helmet cam is lower quality image is that they don't produce an RF HD cam small enough to fit in helmet vent."

Liuzzi his helmet is probably the only thing I really like about him.

Luiz Razia sounds like a very cheerful bloke.

That helmet cam needs a more fish eye lens (like the T-cam) It shows a too narrow image now.

It was quite fun. Alonso had some fantastic savings and Vettel's helmet cam gives better speed sense. Hopefully, someone upload those vids later.

Isn't Sao Paulo about the size of Wales. So, a webcam could be like 50 miles away?
