First British GP to be held on Sunday was Brands Hatch 1976. Silverstone continued to be held on Saturday until 1983. The South African GP at Kyalami was never held on Sunday until the 1992-93 last hurrah. It was held on Monday twice in the 1960s. The East London race was held on Friday once (New Year's Day 1965). |

The whole investment on new graphics dedicated to this new format makes me wonder if there will be a sunk cost that makes them unwilling to drop this idea even if it sucks. |
