2009 was a long time ago, all you have to do is look at his speed last year. And Maldonado has always been praised for his pace, just been his consistency letting him down.

Doesn't have to mean. Maldonado has same 5 laps to the end,they could wear off anytime.

Last year was the worst Williams ever, so that's not fair to compare. And Maldonado is praised for his money, nothing more. Which again wasn't fair because the car was rubbish.
