The RBR strategists seem to lack.

Getting pretty clear that Button's being sabotaged in an effort to keep Hamilton happy so he'll resign with McLaren for next year.

Vettel goes and sets a 1.15.7 at the end. In a pit lane that loses you 14 seconds, why the hell save tyres all afternoon?

Solid race but I can't stand Martin Whitmarsh at all. Same with Horner.

Great drive by the Points Scorers in general [bar Massa maybe], although Rosberg still managed to go backwards after all that. Lewis just loves this track. It's easy to criticise Red Bull and Ferrari in hingsight but Grosjean managed to make it work and only pitted a couple of laps after Vettel/Alonso.

88 Hamilton
86 Alonso
85 Vettel

right?

Oh, come on. Be realistic. What good does it do McLaren to sabotage their own prize money fund?

Button is just dreadful when the car isn't exactly as he likes it. This has been proven time and time again throughout his F1 career, and is being proven again this season.

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

The driver entering the race leading the championship. In 2010, the driver who led into the weekend never won the race.

Correct,
Lewis - 88
Fernando - 86
Sebastian - 85.

Top post.

For McLaren, the WCC is hugely important. There's no way they'd sabotage a car just to please Lewis.

Not a great race but the last 10 laps were decent, and the podium line up was a bit unexpected. Great to see Grosjean and Perez up there, who knows maybe one of them can make it 8 winners from 8 races in Valencia

Last year Monaco was interesting because Vettel was leading on very old tires, Alonso and Button behind him could have a chance to overtake Vettel once his tires hit the clif. Then the red flag came out and we were robbed of a great finish.
This years Monaco was boring because everyone was on the same tires except Vettel, but he was 4th and could have maybe gone to 3rd but none could fight for the win. More rain could have spiced it up but that didn't happen. It was close racing but boring once you knew nothing can happen. The track gets points for being Monaco, but racingwise it should be dumped faster than Valencia.
No sorry, I take that back. Get rid of Valencia asap.

Canada is the exact opposite. For the last years, this has always been one of the best races on the calender. Before DRS, when passing was almost impossible, Canada always left me happy, with faith that F1 isn't that bad after all. Even now, you can take away DRS and still know something will happen. Canada doesn't need DRS, especially when it is on a place where passing was already possible if the driver was good enough. It's like the Kemmel straight in Francorchamps, people were already passing each other there, why give them DRS?

my post was ignored by all, everyone else said how great DRS was. I think I was right

LOL last year it was because Button was better than Hamilton now it is because the car is not according to his driving. What a bullshit.

May I steal your line about grand pianos for my race feature? :p
