So since the onboards are not working, is there no footage at all or is there actually footage but it just cannot be transmitted? Do the cars have internal storage space for onboard footage?

And FP1 is almost over before it had properly started. Not a big fan of this 60 minutes format.

Lmao, this is the worst rookie performance in years. Don't remember anyone spinning and crashing this much in his first grand prix's

I cant even recall Ide being this bad.

At this rate I wonder if it would have been cheaper to keep Magnussen . He would have brought a lot less money but also would have a lot lower repair bill.

IIRC Latifi spun in every second practice session or so last year. He remains slow and dull up to this day.

Yes, Latifi isn't great either. I would like to see a system in F1 where the 2 lowest scoring drivers of the season automatically get replaced by the number 1 and 2 in the F2 championship for the next year. Would get rid of these mediocre pay drivers

F1 needs to be self sufficient first then. Eliminating the need for pay drivers in the first place.

And who would qualify for that spot? If Hulkenberg would get 1 race this year due to covid, gets taken out in the 1st corner, there is a very good chance he will be ranked last in the standings. Should he be forced out of F1 then? Or do they need to fulfill x amount of races and must have a valid contract for next year? And if thats the case, who will compensate that valid contract?

Nice idea on paper but impossible to achieve.

George Russell would have been out at the end of 2019 then

paydrivers are a necessary evil, but they need be paired with a talented driver alongside. two paydrivers in one team is not right

EDIT: It is.
