I can't see, if they restart it, the ones that are currently out of the top 10, will be able to get into the top 10. there will still be a massive amount of water on the track, and it will take some time before the tyres get up to temperature. And if the ones that are currently in the Top 10, should probably not join the track, so that the water stays on track.

Why do I feel this qualifying session part 2 is going to be a complete farce... the advantage those who got the tyres right and set fast laps first will be gone and the track will be improving.
They should send them out as soon as the showers stops when the track is still very wet so it doesn't create a dry line straight away, to at least try and not screw those who made the right decision in the first half of the session.
