Just on the Piquet thing:

my personal feeling is that the FIA should prevent him from ever owning a Superlicence to prevent him entering Formula 1 again.

The governing body need to look very carefully at themselves here - numerous youngsters watch F1 and go karting themselves and I bet a few will have even had Piquet Jnr as an idol (yes even him) - especially in Brazil.
Now, if the FIA let him go totally unpunished, what message does that send to the millions of younsters who also dream of making to F1?...

Everyone knows my feelings on the whole situation but I still say that this is the worst crime that has EVER been commited in this sport and the driver and team should be banned from F1 for life.

Piquet's actions prevented himself from ever driving for a Formula 1 team - with the possible exception of a team and/or series his father purchases.

It's old news anyway. C'mon, out of the pool everybody. It was fun while it lasted.

Wait a minute, you are judging Grosjean as shit on the basis of, what, 5 races, when Bourdais had nearly 30 races and was even shittier.

Montagny is too old and won't be any better either.

If Renault want to move forward, they should either keep Grosjean or hire someone of a better ability (Glock).

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

If Renault really considered about Grosjean, they would have waited him on 2010 and also Winter tests instead of throwing him to the lions.

And do not say "Bourdais is a shit", because when your team-manager charges you your only error in test on the whole season, while you're also fast as Vettel, and whom we pointlessly keep you waiting all winter long to fire you finally by a WSbR driver which makes really shit, I consider Sebastien was a victim of an error with Toro Rosso. I foollow him since 2000 and his Pescarolo and F3000 days, and he really deserved a seat in F1. But to meet him at Monza in SF, he said Indycar or SF + Peugeot was also good option for 2010.

Maybe Bourdais was treated harshly by STR, but he simply wasn't up to the level of Vettel and he was being outperformed by Buemi. He knew this year that he had to step up or he would be out, and he didn't step up. Tost has a history of dismissing drivers mid-season, and Sebastien knew the risks.

He has certainly done nothing in F1 to warrant a Renault drive next year unless Kubica demands a team-mate that he can easily beat.

Sebastian Vettel (in 2008) = 35 points
Sebastien Bourdais (in 2008) = 4 points

He wasn't as fast at Bourdais, he was much, much slower.

Considering the STR car is the race-winning Red Bull car with a different engine this year, and he managed only 2 points, well, he deserved the sack.

did you really read my post, or it's just to irrite me?

Anyway, we know who make the last point of STR this year! :flag:

He read your post, and tore your argument apart, making you look silly in the process. I can understand why that would be irritating for you.

That's a stupid argument.

Who brought last points for Ferrari in 1998?
Who brought last points for Williams in 1992?

and so on.
1998: Irvine 1992: Patrese
Vettel made Bourdais look quite ordinary but i don't remember Buemi being any better. Not consistantly anyway. Sacking Seb was a pretty harsh decision. There are a couple of worse drivers who still have seats.

Yeah, i know, sorry about my moral. but seeing Seabass really struggling to have a seat when others drivers with no-talent but big bags of money disgust me. I think the same thing for Montagny, Pantano or Klien.

Buemi shouldn't be better than Bourdais. Less F1 experience, and isn't a CCWS Champion. Bourdais should have wiped the floor with Buemi, but didn't.

Buemi make flat-out laps in qualifying, but clearly inconstant in race.

And the fact he managed to score a point at Shanghai despite losing a front wing and spinning of several times, despite being an average GP2 driver, he has some talent.

I never said the inverse. :p But i'm so mad to the way how Seb' is so underestimated since in F1, when in Endurance or in Champcar, it's considering like a genious. So, when you win in all other categories and have no chance in F1, you're a bad driver for the rest of your career? that's just idiot. that's why how i'm so angry about bad critics, especially in the french press. Zanardi, McNish or Michael Andretti fail in F1, but they're never considering like bad drivers after thier F1 trip. No personal, i rassure you.
