Alonso also posted a picture of his Minardi a few weeks back and posted a photo of his Renault as well yesterday.

Alonso to minardi tbh, why would he post a picture otherwise?

Wrong. Renault is about to make a stunning come back and Alonso is heading there.

Well, when he posts a picture of his Astromega F3000 car the internet will explode.

I support Alonso going to Mclaren. If he fails or make trouble again that would be the end of Whitmarsh's failings. It's like a win-win situation.

Either way I think Perez is out, or at least at the end of 2014 if they can't find anyone. I think they're realising that he was a panic signing and that in reality, he's not that good.

what happens if Hulkenberg signs with Lotus and then Alonso moves to McLaren?

Kubica would have been a major player now

If Perez is out is there any chance he would replace Massa and make that expected move to Ferrari that we all thought was inevitable before Mclaren swooped in? :?

Hulkenberg would probably already be signed by Ferrari if they had any indication that Alonso was returning to McLaren in 2014.

Ferrari already got Raikkonen as a first class driver, they are in no hurry for a second one (if Alonso leaves). Surely they could get Bianchi in the car and let Marciello do some experience in the Marussia (although that could be a little too early).

Ferrari never rated Perez that highly, in comparison to Bianchi.

Ferrari won't sign someone who isn't deemed good enough by McLaren.

Hopefully Sauber's rejuvenation will make Sirotkin's appointment less essential - he has talent but 2014 is far too early. It's too soon for Marciello as well.

In a similar theme, I think GP2's average season is being demonstrated by the fact that the title contenders aren't being linked anywhere.

I would splurge if Mikke van Hool revived Astromega and brought it back to its better days, mainly because their HQ is/was about 3km away from here :p

I thought Bianchi was confirmed for marussia again next year.
Reports were hulkenberg has signed for a team. If Alonso has signed for McLaren it could be ferrari, pretty big if though.

Hiding the ugly grooves that blighted that era? :?

So I get that Alonso is frustrated that Ferrari has been unable to deliver him a consistently winning package for the past few years. But how are those frustrations going to improve by moving to a team that has managed to consistently fail those same years?
