Mika Salo says that if the race would start now, it would be two laps on intermediates and then change to slicks.

Well hopefully they make it early 2012 rather than late season, where they were way too conservative.

No way they are going to start as planned in this conditions.

I don't necessarily mind tyres wearing, I do think however that this year there perhaps a bit too extreme right now.

Also agree with 1 thing Christian Horner said, Drivers having to cruise round a few seconds off the pace just saving tyres isn't right, Its just as bad as all that fuel saving nonsense everyone complains about in Indycar.
