Thanks kals!

So, I found that sentence, that I don't understand: "...more than half of the revenues that are generated leave the sport, largely to pay bank loans whch weere taken out to pay for the purchase by CVC Capital Partners. The money borrowed largely disapeeared from the sport and six years later the repayments are still being made."

So, I don't get it: CVC bought F1. But then why F1 had to take loan? CVC paid for F1, not?
Guys... that is so difficult :D

I'm reading articles and one says: "CVC bought F1 in 2006 with $1.1bn of debt from the Royal Bank of Scotland."

So, which version is right now? F1 was already had a debt from RBS, and CVC bought F1 and the loan get bigger and bigger?
Or: CVC bought F1 (which was not in debt at that time), but CVC must take out a loan to pay the acquisition money?

I wonder how F1 could be in debt if it rips everybody off with all the money they extract from everything they can :o

Because it costs an incredible amount of money to actually run.

Okay, I got an answer in another forum, which I think could be the truth: "F1 was not in debt, Bernie sold F1 to Kirch which went bankrupt and CVC brought it up. Now it is as a large chunk of the profit F1 makes goes to CVC who use it to pay of debt from other stuff." (Answer is by Frantic from formulablog.)

it surely does. However, the I would guess that the money that comes in is still quite more than the one that goes out.

"What comes into your mind firstly when thinking of Formula 1? / Mi jut eszébe először a Formula 1-ről?
"

I like Hungarian languague, it's like some Asian ones, you can say something using much less letters :p

edit: well, it can also be the opposite:
"preferred than others / előnyt élveznek a többi márkával szemben"
