I think he's trying to joke about the fact that Grosjean's birthplace is Genève.

And his father is Swiss, and he has lived there his entire life. So yes he is actually Swiss, but drives under French racing licence.

Webber didn't race very good, Grosjean made an idiot mistake, but at least made the race interesting.
Kovalainen might have had some problem, we don't know :S
I'll go for Maldonado actually. It is too much, really. Glock would have let him pass easily!

He's just repeating some crap brazilian comentators say during their usual bashing on Grosjean that happens on every GP.

They like to say something near "OMFG fookin Grosjean uses french driving license because if he was swiss he woudn't have sponsors to race in F1 lolololol"

I voted for Grosjean as well. Maldonado is just as much of a twit but Grosjean's mistake could have cost Alonso his life. I'm glad he got that race ban. Hopefully it wakes him up.

I chose Grosjean but would rather have picked Maldonado because Grosjean is likeable whereas Maldonado seems to be a bit of a c**t.
