I think ellis means put the wall back where it used to be, as in pre-1997 for the Swimming Pool section. When a driver has to negotiate two solid walls they don't have an easy option like they do today.

I'm thinking he meant put the walls back to their original position. This is fun.

That would be bringing them forward, technically, so I don't think that was the wavelength ellis was broadcasting on.

I presumed he meant shift them back as in open up the track which i think is geographically unfeasible.

They took the walls away. I'm telling them to put them back. You can't skip corners if there is a bit metal barrier that fucks shit up in the way.

I have visited some french weather websites, it seems it won't rain in the weekend, in fact it will be quite sunny!

I think this is good example from Monaco what happens when you clip the kerbs too heavily.

According to our commentator there were several crashes during Formula Renault Practice session.
Let's see what happens within these 1.5 hours ;)

5 minutes into the session and the TV coverage is already as crap as it was in the past years: always the same camera angles, always the same cuts, no sound of the cars when we are onboard.
A frustrating weekend TV wise is ahead of us.
