you can add to that teams being more careful with their equipment, having to save every penny for budget cap and components that might give a penalty |

Another problem is the lack of non-dry tyres - if you expect all of practice to be wet then you need to ration your sets. |

The old pitstraight is too wet for slicks and much of the rest of the track is too dry for inters. |
