The Bianchi penalty was ridiculous. Could they not see there was contact before he hit Pastor ?

More to the point could they not see Pastor swept from the berg outside to the very inside of the corner totally ignoring the fact there was many cars in his general vicinity? Utter ridiculous penalty.

Presumably that information is drawn up using the same naff sensors that measure the fuel flow rate, so I wouldn't put any stock in it.

Well, it's the usual Malaysia bullshit:
Yes, it can rain, as we are in March month, but the sky seems totally blue, and percentage of rain risk dropped a lot since 2 hours before the start of the race.

So, I will say it will be totally dry, and I don't think I take a risk there.

The sensors are naff, though. There's no argument on that point, the FIA even sent out a communique to the teams about it.
