What's that roundabout we see inside the track boundaries at the farthest turn of the track (turn 5 I believe, after where Massa crashed)

It looks like a driving school track.

And if it rains it will be a heat induced thunderstorm thing with heavy rain which will be red flagged anyway. So the chances for wet weather racing are close to 0%.
