I think Grosjean's quickest lap was still on Primes as well ...

Fuck it, I'd enter under the name Robert Kubica just to fuck with Fauxtus.

Sounds like someone's left a spare Renault engine around.

Or a KERS device.

Only Button's P1 time and Koba's 8th were done with SS, but when Kova used it, the track was already wet and hence his poor time.

I liked the attitude of Monaco TV to start replaying onboard laps while there wasn't cars on track. Wish FOM start doing the same when some rain hit a FP in the future.

That iconic bump's getting removed next year then...

It is indeed spectacular in practice/qualy, but it kinda ruins a good overtaking opportunity in the race because it makes drivers go to the inside and never completely come back to the left side before braking.

I'm not for removing it though. It's good to see them also challenged by natural obstacles like this bump, which is one of the last difficulty of its kind after they removed the old-style curbs at the Loews hairpin, the naked wall/fence at the inside of Mirabeau, the tunnel exit bump, the high curbs at the chicane,...

I was wondering when watching support races today, why is it that the track announcer in Monaco is speaking in german for most of the time ?

There are always - I believe - 3 track announcers at Monaco: french, english and german.

if the bump you refer to is the one they have to negotiate coming out of casino square, then I have to say it wasn't an obstacle for Barrichello last year to plant one on Michael.
