I've just tuned in to RTL. Dear god, is there always this sort of gay stuff on German TV?

#f1 Both Red Bull drivers been allowed to change 5th, 6th and 7th gears for exact replacements. Interesting. No conspiracy but damage there

Not that interesting, as it happens every week. McLaren especially change a LOT of parts.

A couple of years ago there was a list of parts changed by each team at each race, and iirc, McLaren was over double any other team. Parc Ferme is surprisingly open really.

Always makes me laugh when people see themselves on the big screen and instantly wave or point at the screen instead of the camera

You got to experince it yourself to understand better how hard it is to spot the right camera. The screen has a delay and cameras are pretty far. The Sun was shining on the screen so all I could see was lots of red and blue&white flag with black text on it. I saw two cameras and I waved to the wrong one. I probably got disoriented, since the screen is not like a mirror. I thought I should turn right instead of left.

But it's funnier this way, pretty much sums up my how things usually play out for me - I should turn left and I turn right, "you had one job". Well, new try today. :D

I've done it myself too, "oh look we're on the screen let's point at it".

Ted K kinda digging up dirt here saying that Red Bull have been keeping an upcoming tyre test secret...which it isn't. It was in a Pirelli press release weeks ago wasn't it? Old car, control tyres, and 2 drivers who haven't driven the car before.

It is quite heavy, just a case of how long it lasts now. It might still dry by 2pm but the kerbs likely to be wet.

Rain now is useless, as it will dry up before the start.
