Umm way way way to early to read anything into it, but Mercedes didn't even do an installation lap, straight into a 4 lap run with aero sensors on the very first outing of testing, only cut short by a red flag.....

Waaaay too early to say ofcourse, but I have a feeling Toro Rosso will be the slowest car of the field this year. Unless Williams screws it up even more this season.

I don't like how the Ferrari looks a bit more orange than red at times while out on track.

Agree. Refrained from criticizing the color until watching it under natural light, but yeah. It's meh. Nothing outrageous that I can't get used to.

Also, trying hard to think of a McLaren joke, but nothing comes to mind.

For reference, the best time at the end of day 1 last year was 1:20.1.

The best time at the end of week 1 was 1:19.3.

They are already tickling the 1:17s. Not entirely convinced the measures taken to reduce downforce have worked.
