I enjoyed it a lot, but I only give a 7 because the ending was ruined by those tyre changes under the red flag. I thought that was only allowed when they needed to change to rain tyres.

Didn't like Vettel, but that didn't stop me from thinking this is a great race. Red flag procedures didn't dull my opinion, either.

Now they just need the wave-around rule...

which is right, Kobayashi pretty much rammed him off the road. Anyone else would get a penatly for that

If they don't allow tire changes under a red, you'll have a driver saying "I had to drive through crash debris" and risk the driver either having a flat on the restart or crashing a few turns in. I think safety will always take precedence over "fairness"..

LOL @ Vettel spraying Monaco royal guard. He didn't flinch. But did he open his mouth???
