Looks like Australian viewers of F1 will have Mark Webber on the broadcast for 2015... Just saw an advert for Channel 10 & they were showing him off as part of next years lineup... Should be good to have him alongside Alan Jones....

Considering how busy he still is, I can see this just being for Melbourne only though.

Like Scotty said, the rest of the season (yes, I've seen Aus coverage on streams ;) ) is just sitting in a studio talking over the world feed for 5 mins before the FOM sting hands it to whichever UK coverage they're taking, can hardly see Mark making it a priority just for that..
Unlessss he has some sort of deal to be a pit reporter in 2015? He's been at a good few races in 2014 with his buddy alonso so there's a chance someone might throw a mic to him as he sits sunning on the grid...;)

just put some random commentary of Murray and Hunt over the race so when Maldonado do something we could listen "he's a bloody idiot" from James

No surprise, people don't like being shown up, especially those that have wriggled themselves into a position of power.

Vergne is now test driver for Ferrari.
So we have de la Rosa, Esteban, Gené and Vergne.
Well, Vergne is a driver who could take Kimi's or Vettel's spot if needed.

Why any F1 team would need PdlR and Marc Gene in 2015 is beyond me.

And about Hartstein: it is him I wish the best for, lets just say that.

1st - Nigel Stepney
2nd - Gary Hartstein...?

I hope not.

I'm quiet sure it's legit, it wouldn't be the first time someone up towards the top of the food chain in a motorsport body has tried to get someone sacked from their day job for something completely unrelated to it.

Marvin is familiar with who this one involved ;)

Who was running Ferrari at time of the McLaren cheating scandal...? ;) I've always been a firm believer that something non-natural occurred at Ferrari that Stepney was the fall guy for.

Well it would be a co-incidence if his car broke down on the hard shoulder next week wouldn't it? of course it would.

Not that I buy into the Stepney Murdered stories, but that might be due to living next to two main motorways which are both closed at least once a week along our stretch because someone has got out their car during the night and stepped into the slow lane by mistake just as another car passes, it even happens to experts as a guy I went to school with who was a mechanic for the local tyre company and who had been changing tyres on lorries on the hard shoulder for years, did exactly that (stepped back into the slow lane and got splatted by an lorry).

There's no suggestion of murder, more a suggestion of jumping after years of well... go figure for yourself... ;)

This is just conjecture with zero proof. But some parts of the cheating scandal never added up, and lets not forget that Stepney had been trying to release his "warts and all version" of the 2007 scandal for many years, but for... ;)
