Grip levels are apparently quite good, But Visibility is very bad.

I would like to understand why drivers have so much problem with visibility today, in the past with way worse situations, drivers would say nothing about it at all. Maybe the current shape of the rear wings and car design makes the spray more concentrated in the driver's view area?
