Buying tickets at the track is much more expensive. Last year they asked 50€ for bronze tickets, don't if that is correct though... I have silver 2 tickets for friday, 25€ a piece.

Sure, just buy them at the track on Friday.

you sure? I don't want to find myself a car, drive for 2 hours in traffic jam, pay for parking, to arrive at the gate where I can only buy a weekend ticket at full price.

Bronze area Friday = 20 euro

Silver 1 Friday = 30 euro

Silver 2 and 4 Friday = 60 euro

We're expecting 100.000 spectators, police has been re-enforced to make the chaos complete when going to the carpark. In the morning, leave early and after the race, stick around and go for a trackwalk unless you wanna get stuck in a 3 or 4 hour traffic jam when you go home. After 6.30 PM most of the rush hour should be over.

20 euro is not much! But I don't find a car available so I probably won't make it

Hyped for this one, but more for personal reasons. I'll be visiting back home and watching it with my father, like in the good'ol times. :)

First live Spa race, 1996, 11yo me rooting for Schumacher, that TAST pass on Villeneuve as he exited the pitlane.

Old La Source layout (with the gutter!), no pitlane exit white line, REAL RACIN' bitch.

Same thing for me, hard not to become a Schumacher fan after that. If you're just a kid that don't know anything that happened in the previous years....

Is anybody good or bad at all times? Love/hate is a dynamic thing. You can admire the dedication and commitment it took to drag that POS of an F1 to steal wins from Williams, then one year later despise the Jerez move, then again admire the humongous comeback against the McLarens another year later.

A comeback like that has become next to impossible thanks to testing restrictions.

Hopefully this year Rosberg doesn't try and DRS his way past Hamilton on lap 3 and take him out

Why not? It caused an entertaining race. Otherwise we'd have a Mercedes 1-2 with 30 seconds advantage as always

It was a good race after that point :)

I am a Hamilton supporter, hence my annoyance towards Rosberg

Yeah models are uncertain at the moment, some predict massive thunderstorms, but those could only appear after the race.

This is wat BBC weather says:
Quote:
#F1 #BBCF1 #BELGIUMGP Early indications point to warm (low 20's) & mostly dry/fine weather Fri-Sat. Sun trickier: rain may spread from the W

I was a dumb kid at the time and thought that Villeneuve was a kind of villain that made the Ferrari title impossible

years later I saw that crashing into another driver is something we do only in online racing

These days I'm more paranoid about too much rain falling resulting In a sc only race than I am the very small chance the right amount of rain falls to make it more exciting.

Plus we've already had silverstone this year...what are the chances of two wet dry race. ... :whistling:

The BBC/Met Office can't even predict what the weather will be in an hour directly outside their own building, so what makes you think their predictions will be anything closely resembling accurate for another Country 5 days in advance?
