Apparently one section is as narrow as Macau's Melco hairpin

No need to speculate as Ferrari have just announced that Kimi will stay in 2016:

Stop gap while they wait for their real target for 2017.

Only big questions left are Button, Williams and Hulkenberg.

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

Hulk will go to Porsche WEC. Williams will be unchanged and Button will be forced into retirement.

Massa's seat is for sale if the price is right. Haryanto has apparently found some more money and might be angling for it.

Massa's seat is funded by Brazilian oil money. So if anyone wants it they need to bring more money than Petrobras pays.

apparently Ferrari doesn't want to give a model from this year to Williams to have Bottas

AMuS is reporting that the Hulk is going to Haas and Maldonado will likely take his spot at FIF1. FIF1 owe Mercedes a lot of money for the engines and they need someone to pay for them.

That's interesting as I've seen reports recently that Maldonado has no money left and that's he's heading back to Venezuela.

As for Hulkenberg, I've seen that Haas link but apparently he's been offered a very good opportunity at Porsche in WEC and he's become disenchanted in F1. I don't see the logic in him moving to Haas.

I like Kimi, but he has been so underwhelming in the last 2 seasons. Yes he has had his fair share of mechanical and team failures, but at no stage what so ever has he looked like challenging for a win or even a podium for that matter.

At least with Alonso and Vettel you got/get the feeling that they can pull something out of the bag and sneak a result. But Kimi? He is driving like Mark Webber circa 2013. Going through the motions and wasting a seat for someone else.

Kimi at Ferrari has / is one of the greatest deceits in F1. Across two stints Kimi has been part of Ferrari for the best part of 5 years now and has shown little to no fight in more seasons than not. Yes a World Champ in 2007 but he was hit or miss throughout. I'll defend Kimi's 2008 season as the car suited Massa more than him. But then what else? Nothing. At Sauber, McLaren and Lotus we've seen Kimi amaze us with some incredible performances. But the Kimi at Ferrari? Utter crap.

I'm hearing Kimi might be a stopgap for Verstappen in 2017. But I think thats wishfull thinking from fellow Dutchies.

That's been widely reported for a couple of weeks now. There's probably a lot more substance to that than some wishful thinking Dutchies.

I'm trying to stay skeptical and not getting my hopes up too much.

The idea of a Dutch racewinner or even maybe championship contender is exciting so I try to squash those thoughts to prevent disappointment if he ends up following his dad's footsteps.
