Driver of the year: Lewis Hamilton, the only frontrunner who dares to make some moves.

Biggest surprise of the year: Kamui Kobayashi, thank god Peter Sauber saved him from his fathers Sushi restaurant.

Drive of the year: Got to give this to Button in Melbourne, nice first win due too his smart call for tyres.

Yes. We saw that when Hamilton had the best car in 2008...

What mistakes made Vettel this year? Turkey and Spa. Wow. Two. Without technical difficulties, Vettel would have lead by miles.

Where in that quote does it say that Vettel made too many mistakes?

Spa wasn't one mistake either, there was 2. He managed to chop Liuzzi's front wing and gave himself a puncture. He was also off the pace at Silverstone. At Hungary too he wasn't as on the pace as Webber, got himself a drive-though and went off the track whilst following Alonso. At Monza he qualified only 6th (but did have a good race, sticking brakes aside). At Singapore he left the pit-stop in 2nd gear which cost him a chance of fighting Alonso.
