How is that surprising. Kvyat has been fucking up every race and is way behind Sainz. If he cannot get his head screwed on right, he is not really that good. |

Wasn't the 1992 Ferrari meant to be some radical design? |

Sad year for Allison. Hopefully he'll be hired by another top team and looking at his qualities I'm sure he will. |

Mattia Binotto will become chief technical officer following Allison's departure. Why the heck. That will be another 21-year period before a championship will be won again. |

It is also reported Jos Verstappen had beaten the shit out of his own father. But the newspaper who brought it then pulled the article offline. |

Yes, it had a transverse gearbox and the sidepods were raised from the actual floor of the car, which was meant to increase downforce by accelerating air over the top of the diffuser. I think it's fair to say it didn't work ![]() |

Going back to running the team by Italians...That worked out great indeed. Not until Todt stepped in things turned around. |

I think it's fair to say it didn't work ![]() It wasn't just the sidepods that were raised, it was the entire floor section. It was known as the double-flat bottom. The thing that always got me about the F92-A was that F1 designers spend a lot of their time trying to get weight as low to the ground as possible, and here you had an aerodynamicist moving it upwards. |

It was known as the double-flat bottom. http://scarbsf1.com/?p=1210 I think one of the biggest problems Ferrari had back in the 90s was the V12 engine as it was larger, heavier, Required more cooling & a larger fuel tank so building a car around that type of engine always required some compromises when it came to aerodynamics. I was actually reading something a few days ago where somebody was saying that Ferrari wanted to switch to a V10 much sooner than they ended up doing because many within the team saw a V10 as been the best all round package, However the internal bickering at the time meant they ended up sticking with the V12 until 1996. |

Jos and his father now deny any fighting ![]() http://www.racer.com/f1/item/132446-grosjean-demands-haas-sorts-balance-issues On a other note, i'm fed up with Grosjean bitching: Haas has to fix wing issue Haas has to fix brake issues Haas has to fix balance issues ffs you dipshit you are hired to race AND develop the car by providing feedback over it's behaviour. Instead you get on the radio 40 times a weekend moaning and crying like a stereotype French pantsie ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The comment under the article has quite a funny one in it with somebody saying "growing pains". It first i read "Growing Panis" as in his BAR and Toyota period he became such a moaning bitch aswell ![]() ![]() |

![]() So you're blaming him for not giving feedback, then for giving feedback on what's wrong with the car? I do agree he's too French though. He should try the British and Spanish way of developing a shitbox and never whining about it and... oh wait. |
