the problem with Massa he is not a fighter on track. He can drive a car very quick, like he proved today or at Canada. but when he has to fight for position it seems he seems to be waiting. Look at Canada, by far the fastest man on track, but when he got behind that bunch of cars he basically waited, waited and waited. He has not enough commitment when it comes to battling.

But off course congrats for his pole today! Kudos to him for that!

my personal opinion though...

I'm really happy for Williams, but I'm curious about the way they plan on throwing it all away again tomorrow. I hope that for once they don't make any stupid strategy calls and the drivers can keep it together.

and when he went for battle, Perez did that. but I remember him trying to get the position from Kubica in 2007 on the chuvastorm down at Fuji, great battle

Yes.

But I could find examples of stuff like his Hock 2010 start etc too.

Massa's start at Hockenheim 2010 was thanks to Vettel, not Massa. Perhaps you were thinking of Hockenheim 2012? ;)

Is that a "funny F1 picture"?

It is yes, cause Williams are showing some F1 related C&B.

what i meant was, put Alonso, lewis, nico, vettel or anyone else in that same car in that same situation at Canada, and he would probably have won the race.

So Massa isn't as good as world champions is the gist of that. We kinda all know that. I don't think that's a terribly fair criticism.

acceleration after T2 is massive

oh, and I absolutely love how the final corner simply falls away. However that got holomogated, I do not know, but thankfully it's there!

Lotus have pulled Grosjean's car out of Parc-Ferme to make some setup changes.

He will now have to start form the pit lane.

Finnish commentators have multiple times stated how overtaking is difficult on this track. I don't agree with that, but let's see.
