And still he insist he isn't leaving because of the new 'challenge' in the team this year.

Unless Lewis has a problem in the remaining races, I can't see him miss this championship.

I hope he doesn't get screwed by double points

Maybe I should rephrase: He won't miss out on the championship because he'll win every race unless he has a problem.
Double points won't matter.

All the races we have seen at Korea were pretty good actually.

Another great new track that, it's country, ditched F1(as with Istanbul) :(

But the Koreans now wants a night street race at Seoul a la Singapore. :yuk:

I like turn 4 here, its not easy flat out and its long. Probably the best part of the track.

Its the same as Fujis 100R, only difference is thats there it goes right. But a good corner

not at all, tbh.
100R is tighter and was not flat out even on cars that could corner faster as those of 2007/2008. And as Tobias said, 100R even have some small banking but still was not flat out for even faster cars.

The Trulli one is from qualifying and he had to lift quite a lot too

Btw, WEC race at Fuji in about 12 hours. I recommend watching. Most likely, way better than what Russian GP will be

If you like watching pitstops, because that's all the WEC shows on tv (and interviews) when the pitstops begin after 40 minutes of racing.

The tv directing is awful, yes. But there is real racing between the cars at various times during the 6 hours. Have you watched Silverstone or Austin? In WEC you can see old school battles where plenty of skill is required to either pass or defend. Was lovely watching the Audis try to follow closely the Porsche through the high speed Esses of COTA's S1 and try to outbrake it in the slow left hander that leads to the straight. If the whole passing process wasn't constructed/prepared rightly, they needed to sort of divebomb into it and then lose the position again in the long straight.

But F1-wise, what a pace by the local driver. To me it seems Kvyat was the one who extracted the most out of what he had available. Was expecting Lewis to dominate Q3 as Rosberg did in Suzuka(fastest in all sectors) but it was split between Bottas, Lewis and Nico. A pitty Bottas couldn't take pole...

Aaagh. I'm not "home" for Bathurst (or f1 or wec for that matter). Visiting people in Bergen. What do.
