8.

Probably the best Malaysian GP to date. It really only lacked Button or someone harrassing Vettel to the finish. Other then that, lots of drama, overtaking and some incidents as well.

Kovalainen for producing Lotus' best drive since their comeback.

This was Vettels fourth win in a row. Remember his dramatic engine failure at the Korean GP, else today was his 6th win in a row

I swear I'll go mental if I see that again. Not much better is your answer. He and Heidfeld were matched when they were at BMW and Petrov has stepped up this year. Perhaps Kubica would have been higher in Melbourne, but only because thats his special track, along with Monaco.

I really wish Kubica comes back and proves all the doubters wrong.... :flag:

Kubica won't return this season.

If you honestly think Kubica could do any better than Heidfeld through anything other than luck then you are seriously deluded. He's a good driver, not a fucking magician.

Deluded? I strongly believe Kubica could have challenged Vettel for the victory. I don't say he could have won, but 2nd place was certainly possible with a car like Renault has this season.

His delusion...

I mean, lets give it a rest now. Kubica IS NOT in the car at the moment, so what is the point of continually fantasizing about this situation? We may as well still wonder how well Gilles would have done with McLaren or whether Senna really could have challenged Schumi in 1994... Completely retarded and pointless speculation. Let's just enjoy what we've got at the moment.

Kubica is a better driver then both Petrov and Heidfeld. If the German could have finished 3rd, I see no reason why Kubica could have not finished even higher. Remember, he was in the 2008 championship battle until BMW decided to postpone a title challenge until 2009 which never happened. Kubica can deliver in a top-line material.

Kubica might have been able to do better if he qualified in the top 5, but I doubt it.

As is so often the case, Heidfeld maximised the car, and got the best possible result. The Renault cannot compete against the Red Bull or the McLaren at this present moment.

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

Sorry, but Kubica's injury is not a reason for me to have any kind of joy  Germany has six drivers on the grid this year alone and Poland won't have that kind of number in the next 100 years. I'm not really seeing any positivies from his absence whatsoever

Who said anything about enjoying his injury? You're on your own with that one. Yes you're upset about losing your driver, but by goodness me, you've made your point many times already. Time to let it rest.

At Melbourne and now Sepang we've been treated to great races. No point wondering what might of been because you can't change history.

It's not fanboyism, sir. Kubica literally carries hopes of the entire nation over here. We don't have any other top runners in the world of motorsport apart from speedway which is only popular in England and Sweden among other countries. You'll probably never understand this with all you coming from countries with a wealthy motorsport traditions...
