Screw Kimi, just when I pick him, he manages to have a clumpsy and erratic race :(

I had a bacon roll whilst watching the Grand Prix, a smoked bacon roll. I didn't put any butter on it, but I did have some Heinz tomato ketchup. Heinz is the best tomato ketchup and reminds me of the red of the Ferraris. I was so glad I hadn't picked Alonso when I saw him smashing into the barriers on lap 2. Alonso has long been a favourite of mines. Favourites in other fields include Andy Murray, Dunfermline Athletic (RIP), Diet Coke and The Land Before Time. I spent that September night awake watching Andy Murray lift the US Open title. That night I had a strawberry cake and I began to feel a bit full. It was only after the match had finished that I realised I hadn't anything for my dinner. So I went out to the 24-hour Asda and bought myself a pre-packaged sandwich. It also had bacon on it as it was a BLT. There's no Asda in Bathgate, but there is an Aldi and it sells Diet Cola. Paul di Resta also comes from Bathgate, a small town in West Lothian, the Lothian west of East Lothian. There's also a car garage there that can change your wheels, unlike the Force India team and I was gutted when he retired.

We're phil-i-bursting.

Did you get some predictions elsewhere, because you list some members who I didn't see predicting anything?

Yes there are entries from elsewhere. I am running this competition here at TBK-Light and also at The Fastlane.

So as we head to round 3 in China, the picks have been posted on page 1 of the thread.

The most popular pick is Rosberg and having an educated guess I'd suggest that is because of his win in 2012. But does that guarantee a similar performance in 2013? 50% of you think so. However Alonso was the obvious pick for many in Malaysia, and we all know what happened there.

Good luck for this weekend.

Hopefully that's the time the bad pick is going to be on the other side.

Rosberg was also 2nd in 2010 and didn't he lead for a fair bit in 2011.

yes he did. I remember that race being a very competitive one.

Feeling good about my ROS pick. Just hope reliability will not be a factor.

Damn, didn't escape picking a retiree this time, having chosen Sutil. Rosberg retiring was just what I needed to stay with the pack, bad luck for those 20-odd people though :P

Stimaro's doing amazingly well 8O

Yes, congrats to stimaro for retaining his lead. Impressive haul for him so far.

That is two races in a row where the popular pick has floundered.

IMO Omega has done very well in all three rounds considering the drivers he picked.

Thanks! But I'm sure I won't win it. But... who knows.

Ok, I may have exaggerated a little bit, mainly due to your choosing the best drivers for the first races (which distorts the picture a little bit) and lucking into not picking Alonso for Malaysia or Rosberg for China. The fun thing about this game is that it's impossible to tell how it's going to go right until the end, so such a good start may indeed not mean that much come the end of the season.

yes, I can't believe how good it is going. My "slow drivers" are gone, from now on I can only go up

We'll see how it goes. You're right, it's a fun game.
