Stroll was giving the corner entry a wide berth and Sainz just plain well drove into him. In my view the driver exiting the pits and onto the racing line HAS to take most of the blame for these incidents. They are after all coming into the corner from a much shallower angle and will naturally pinch the apex. |

B) the ease of overtaking is no 1 determinant (if the track is challenging and exciting, who cares about overtaking) C) FIA says that the track is unsafe and requires 30m € tilketization, otherwise it receives class 2 or 3 (at the same time they allow Baku to happen) D) the track facilities don't meet Abu Dhabi standards (fans don't care if they had to stay on muddy hills, so why should teams care) In my world, F1 gathers the best drivers, the best cars AND the best tracks together. |

for me a suitable track must only be wide enough for 2 cars and having the runoff enough for a car not to bounce back to the track |
