Legard nearly went a whole race without saying "a real shot in the arm", but just ruined it :(

If Button had gone straight on whilst under pressure, it would've been easy.

The title race is down to three.

He was cruising, he would have just put his foot down again if Rubens got close.

Well, he did put his foot down. If he had repeated his lap 60 time on lap 61, he would've been passed easily.

Button's brakes were borked, almost as badly as Webber's were, and there was no way of knowing how much braking ability there was left in them. As it turned out, there was enough.

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

Sad there were so many in Valencia 2008 podium ceremony.

Anyway, title could be decided in a weeks time.

Disappointing race. In the end it was too easy for Hamilton. I had high hopes of a Rosberg victory, but it wasnt to be.

Jacques Villeneuve and Mika Hakkinen on the Forum on BBC at the moment 8)

no Alonso (and Piquet lol) are personally sponsored by ING too, just like the trackside advertising for ING stays for the rest of the year.

What a boring as hell race!!! The only real excitment was the hope of Button's brakes following the suit of Webber's and failing..

Its funny to see that no one cares for Hamilton.
Makes for a change. I do know where Glock came from.
Not the best race tbh. Does anyone here on this forum even want Button to win?
I know I dont.

Did the TV Director just give up in the end? Showed the finish line ages before Hamilton even got there, quick bit of on-board because he was miles away, and then just watching the flag (all the cool kids are using these - :flag: ) as cars came by 10 seconds apart. It was a long, pretty boring race but you are being paid ...

Should save this for the TV coverage thread. Oh well, what are you going to do? :flag: (Repetition of waving flag. Etc.)

how on earth can they produce a race like this on this kind of circuit? Was there any real overtaking today?

That was a bad race.

And I also didn't get why the commentators thought that Button was punished because of the safety car, as he had to enter the pits 7 laps earlier, whereas because of the safety car he already made up the complete gap he had before, he didn't need 7 laps to close the gap anyway.
