3 minutes and 38 seconds before the first elimination. All drivers would not be able to set a lap - the drivers from back end of FP3 would be in biggest danger.

So they change the quali system to a completely retarded clusterfuck to improve randomness, then the next race they stop a session to dry up a puddle on the track to eliminate a little bit of randomness? Yeah, makes sense.
