Well maybe just allow Stefan GP afterall?

If Campos makes it, we have 14 teams, if they dont we still have the desired 13.....

Regardless the name, Stefan GP sound a lot more serious than what we have right now.

I've seen nothing reported to make me believe Stefan GP will be any more capable to field a decent team than any of the other new teams. Just because he has been in the media countless times over the past few months it doesn't necessarily mean he will do any better than those that have been keeping themselves to themselves. But I agree, let Stefan GP in anyway.

Clearly they have seen documents from Red Bull & should be handed a $100m fine by the FIA :p

is STR designing a car from scratch or one based on the STR4?

Based on. The car has to be different than the RBR but they can use the knowledge retained from last year. I think Red Bull will bring an all new car, and Torro Rosso just some sort of evolved STR4.

Finally someone who speaks out loud! Totally agree with this. I also red an article of Allard Kalff, talking about excactly the same thing. Hope Bernie is gonna listen soon.

Bernie has nothing to do with it. Track safety is entirely the FIA's problem.

And I would doubt that the criteria for Grade I tracks are going to get softer.

However, there have been a couple of improvements in technology which should mean that run-offs the size of supermarket car parks will no longer be necessary.

Adrian will probably end up getting a telling-off from Webber or PDLR.

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

Something else the remember about track safety is that it was the drivers that were pushing for it to improve.

Jackie Stewart started it in the 60's/70's & the the drivers via the GPDA continued it in the aftermath of Imola 1994. Was the GPDA for example that came up with the stupid chicane's we saw at Barcelona & Montreal back then & I believe it was the drivers that started pushing more for the tarmac run-off.

How many complaints from drivers did we get at Suzuka last year about run-off & barriers been too close Etc...

The other problem with Adrian's comments is that if you make a track with a lot of fast corners you don't get much good racing or overtaking because its those corners that make it harder to follow thanks to the aero. Look at Silverstone a great track thats really fast & flowing yet you very rarely get good races there anymore, similar thing with Suzuka.

Lewis is "As good as Senna" apparently.
http://axisofoversteer.blogspot.com/200 ... senna.html

Quote:
"I know I am as good as Ayrton Senna" apparently stunning even seasoned British journalists present (though presumably not Peter Windsor) "don't you know I'm the best?"

"I can tell immediately where the line with the most grip is". Mocking Massa he added that being good on a wet track is not automatic for Brazilians and that Felipe in such conditions "cannot find the limit"...

hey guys i have a question about santander, i saw ferrari will have the sponsor on their jackets from wrooom, so i guess it will be on the car too, but i think i read that mclaren and santander are partners till 2011, so then ferrari will have it on the car and mclaren also, maybe im wrong and only ferrari will have it, im really not sure, but i belive that santander and mclaren work together till 2011, so i wanna know if they (ferrari and mclaren) can have same sponsor in same year... really dont know..

Santander is going to respect the contract with Mclaren. Yesterday Lewis was on the opening of a new Santander bank in London.
