It's easy to see why sprints suck when you think about the reason they were added in the first lap. Are they any way essential for F1? No. They exist solely because Liberty Media wanted to make money and fast, so they needed novelty gimmicks. I'm really afraid what they will do next. The integrity of the sport is a concept that doesn't matter for them. If they find themselves in a stalemate, they probably just sell the whole thing to Saudis.

this is a walk in the park near the wonderful concept of safety car clock, every 25 minutes if nobody caused mayhem SC will be in to kill all the advantage and scramble strategy (until teams put the clock into the strategy and make it even duller)
