That live shot of Perez spearing off out of view behind the bridge was scary. That bit of gravel really saved the car.

Another proof that gravel is better than astoturf nonsense. It would have been a major crash in the wall if there was no gravel.

So, Perez´ race is ruined, Sainz´ too (but he is improving), apart from that we have an Alonso train and that is all. Great addition!

This was a waste of time. Alonso made a great start which caused both McLarens having to overtake him, apart of that nobody in the top 6 made any effort to gain another place. Next sprint race should just be one lap or so, a spectacular start and then just finish.

Race for 1 lap. Line up on the grid and start again. Race for another lap. Line up for a third start and race one more lap. Alonso wins.
