Haas - weak weekend
Ericsson - weak display, fortunately his f1 spell is almost over
Stroll - a dumb move in qualifying and a poor start compromised his whole race, also weak

Bottas, nowhere compared to Hamilton. Though slightly masked by Hamiltons spectacularly high level atm.
Haas for being inept again. Special mention to Magnussen for proving time and time again he's nothing more than mediocre. Cant see him lasting.
The usual Ericsson and Strololol paydriver uselessness.

...oh and Palmer. Yes I know he's not there anymore, but still deserves it.
