FI for, not once, but twice almost having 2 pink flying cars down towards Eau Rouge. Would love to be a fly on the wall in their debrief room.
Honda, as usual, for making crap engines.
Renault for doing their best to catch up to Honda in engines totalled.

McLaren-Honda (Honda, mostly) for their still crappy engine. Alonso is wasting his career there.

Perez, seriously. How that shit didn't give him a shit load of penalty points is beyond me. This was so much worse and dangerous then Max's mistake/dumb move last race.
FIA for being consistently inconsistent.
