I don't see a marshall with a yellow flag at the straight, or before the corner. So, it's a legal action.

:p :D I thought it was funny.

If Alfa means there is yellow flag waving at point 1, the yellow flag is not waved at a good point. If the flag is waving at point 2, Hamilton passed Button right on time. The yellow flag zone starts on the line where the yellow flag is waving. If a driver sees a yellow flag in 400m, he may still overtake, till the moment he passed the yellow zone. In both cases, Hamilton passed Button right on time. But maybe Alfa can show us where they were waving a yellow flag.

X means there were no yellow flags.
