According to the track commentators (who are also getting the security cams) the driver is out of the car. To be confirmed...

I'm more worried about the driver shown motionless insdie the car, which appeared to have the driver side door torn off

Are we certain it's 2 cars? Looked like the stationary Ferrari had no engine anymore from the footage I saw. Someone able to rewind?
